William Wing Wiseman Sr., 91, of Quincy, IL, passed away at 5:01 PM on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at Mercy One Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. He was born on December 9, 1932 in Springfield, IL to William Francis and Effie Eliza (Milstead) Wiseman. He married Gloria Lynn Swanson on September 16, 1960 in Peoria, IL. She preceded him in death on January 9, 2012.
He is also preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Charles E. Wiseman and Kenneth W. Wiseman; and two sisters, Mariellen Hermes and Elizabeth A. Sutton.
He is survived by three children, William W. Wiseman Jr. of Springfield, IL, Charles W. Wiseman of Bartonville, IL, and Steven A. Wiseman of Lee's Summit, MO; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
