Patricia J. Krider, 89, of Peoria, passed away at 12:50 AM on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at Lutheran Hillside Village in Peoria. She was born on June 27, 1935 in East Peoria, IL to Marvin C. and Mabel C. (Hasler) Krider.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one great niece, Carolyn Dupes.
Patricia is survived by one brother (Richard (the late Claudette) Krider; one nephew, Robert Dupes and one great-great niece, Alyssa Knapcyzk.
She attended the Trivoli/Hanna City United Methodist Churches. She was a member of the Trivoli UMC "Apple Dumpling Gang"; served communion and on several committees. She was an usher and liturgist and assisted with craft/bake sales and the Christmas Cookie Walk. She joined a Bible Study at the First United Methodist Church of Peoria, and upon moving to Peoria attended the FUMC.
She began volunteering shortly after her caterpillar retirement. She joined the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program performing various secretarial duties for several years. RSVP also
